AQTF Alignment
It is common for a company to develop its training manuals and assessments in house, and in accordance with its own business needs. Although these materials may be fit for purpose within the scope of the company's operations, further value may often be added by ensuring that they are also properly aligned with any relevant Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) competency units or qualifications.
Aaron can review your existing training manuals or programs, modify them where necessary to ensure alignment, and map your assessments against nationally recognised performance criteria. If you have a unique knowledge and skill set within your workplace we can also assist your company to develop its own suite of competency units that may then be submitted for approval by the AQTF.
