How can I contact Aaron and associates?

What are your business hours?
  Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. However, enquires received through our website are always answered swiftly because our production team is normally online 24/7. In most cases we will get back to you within 1 hour.
Where is your office located?
  We do not have a physical shop front that is open to the general public. Our registered Australian office is located in Maroochydore, Queensland, and our work space is furnished with a series of powerful computers that are manned by experienced, intelligent, and hardworking professionals who avoid unproductive interruptions or distractions.

Can I email you lots of large files?
 
No. Contact us first and we will provide you with a solution that is much more powerful than email.
Will my project require you to conduct a site visit?
This depends on the nature of your project. As a general rule however, we try to avoid, or minimise, any time spent in your work place. This helps to reduce the cost of your project.
Do you speak English?
 
Yes. English is our native language. You will not have to deal with half-fluent, developing nation sweat shop workers who call you "Gracious Madam" or "Respected Sir".
Can you act as my legal representative?
 
No. Aaron and associates is not a legal practice and we do not provide legal services or legal advice.
Will I be pampered as your client?
 
No. We focus our effort on providing you with best practice documents and systems. If you want to be wined and dined, or given box seats at your favourite sporting event, do not hire us.
Do you keep back ups of my project files ?
 
No. We do not archive your files after your project deliverables have been met.
Can I get a fixed quote for my project?
  Yes. But only if it is has specifications and deliverables that are scoped to our satisfaction.
How do we get started?
 
Depending on the size of your business we will request that you either provide us with a purchase order (PO) or make an initial project mobilisation payment (PMP) to our company account. Upon receiving your PO or PMP, we will appoint a Project Manager who works with you to gather any required information. Once we have everything we need, your project is then put into production and you will be provided with ongoing reviews until the relevant deliverables are met.
When will my quote expire?
  Our quotes are valid for 48 hours. If we do not receive either your PO or PMP during this period your quote will lapse.
What if I require a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
  If you require a NDA, please provide us with either your PO or PMP, and then send us your NDA. Your assigned Project Manager will then forward your NDA to our solicitor for review. If the terms are accepted it will be executed. If your NDA is not accepted we will refund any PMP that has cleared in our company account.
