Standards
A set of corporate standards is a valuable inclusion in any business system. They document the expectations of your organisation and provide performance bench marks for your work force. Although a set of standards is often found within a safety management system, they are also very useful as a reference point in other types of business systems. For example, having documented standards in place to guide the manner in which staff approach and interact with potential or existing clients can add significant value to a business development system.
